Terms & Conditions

Last updated: April 2, 2026

1. Intellectual Property

The ACP Suite, including all Agentic Creation Prompts, agent architectures, workflow designs, naming conventions, structural patterns, the Universal Preamble, the Cross-ACP Integration Protocol, and all associated documentation (collectively, the "Work") are the proprietary intellectual property of Trinity Protocol / Nexus DAO ("Trinity Protocol"). All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, Trinity Protocol grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Work for your personal or internal business purposes. You may use the ACPs with any large language model for your own production work. You may not sublicense, resell, redistribute, publicly share, or create derivative works based on the structural architecture of the ACPs without prior written consent from Trinity Protocol.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, or share the ACPs in any form
  • Use the ACPs to create competing products or services
  • Reverse-engineer the architectural patterns for commercial reproduction
  • Claim authorship or ownership of the ACP framework or its components
  • Use the Work in any manner that violates applicable law

4. Output Ownership

Content you generate using the ACPs belongs to you. The ACPs themselves, their structure, agent definitions, workflow architectures, and all associated intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Trinity Protocol. Your license covers use of the tools, not ownership of the tools.

5. No Guarantees

The ACPs are cognitive architectures designed to enhance AI output quality. Results vary based on the AI model used, the quality of user input, and the specific use case. Trinity Protocol makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, revenue generation, or performance metrics. All projections and examples within the ACPs are illustrative, not promissory.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final. If you experience technical issues with delivery, contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly.

7. Charitable Allocation

3% of all revenue from ACP sales is permanently allocated to cancer research and anti-trafficking causes. This allocation is a commitment, not a contractual obligation to any specific purchaser.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trinity Protocol shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Work.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

10. Modifications

Trinity Protocol reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Work after modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
